Our commitment to quality care through proprietary PEAQ program with J.D. Power & Associates
Home Instead Senior Care demonstrates commitment to quality care through our proprietary PEAQ program with J.D. Power & Associates. PEAQ stands for “Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality.” Through an exclusive partnership with J.D. Power and Associates, CAREGivers and Clients are routinely surveyed to ensure consistent delivery of high quality service.
We will continue to post testimonials on our Sonoma County blog. We want people to know that your local Home Instead is committed to providing exceptional quality for all your senior home care needs in Sonoma County, which incudes Petaluma, Rohnert Park (where our office is located), Santa Rosa, Sonoma, Windsor and more.
We’re proud that we are getting more and more testimonies from people who have rated us a 10 of out 10!
1st Quarter 2010
Below are a few that we’ve recently received — stop back often as we’ll keep this list updated as more testimonies arrive at our Rohnert Park office!
“Office is responsive and available to my needs. Caregiver friendly.” – C. M.
“I looked hard for service with other companies but Home Instead is honest and they are qualified. I like the way their timing system is set up. And their rates are very reasonable as well.” – K. J.
“The office and the caregivers have been responsive and professional.” – D. C.
“Everything always just works out perfectly with them. They are great.” – W. C.
“The person that they provided us with, Ann, has been extremely helpful and nice. Since we’re disabled we have a hard time moving ourselves and feeding ourselves and I cannot bathe myself. And she comes once a week for two hours and it’s been extremely helpful. I’m extremely happy with the person they provided us with.” – C. McG.
“They were very good, professional, compassionate and caring.” – T. M.
Also, we recently wrote a blog post on the New York Times article that profiled Home Instead’s Co-Founder and CEO, Paul Hogan, in the Boss section. This testimonial was sent to the home office in response to the story…
“I just read your profile in the New York Times and I want you to know that the article was 100% accurate. My mother recently died at almost 102 and for the last few months of her life I used your service. You provided an exemplary person who made my mother’s last days the very best they could be. Thank you for being there and providing this caring and supportive service. I recommend your organization at every opportunity. Good wishes for continued success.” – name withheld
Here at Home Instead of Sonoma County, we’re proud to be a part of the Home Instead family and are even more proud of our CAREGivers who provide such excellent service and dedication to our Clients each and every day. We often get letters like this one from family members:
To Whom It May Concern:
Speaking for the entire family of John and Elise, we’d like to thank everyone at Home Instead for their assistance. John passed away in October and Elise passed way in February. Both were able to spend their final days at home as they wished rather than at a convalescent hospital of similar facility.
We would like to give special thanks to your employee, Donna. Donna became more than a care provider, she became part of the family. John and Elise loved having Donna come over. Her kindness, understanding and expertise were of great comfort to John and Elise; and the rest of the family knew when Donna was there, they had no need to worry. Your company is very fortunate to have a woman of her caliber in your employ.
When a family member is coming to the end of his or her life, everyone is sad, confused and frightened, and comforts are few and far between. Knowing there are companies such as yours who employ people such as Donna is one of those comforts and a great blessing.
Thank you for everything and know that what you do is important and you are appreciated.
